Apple nut power slice

A super tasty energy hit!


200g dates
50g pecans
50g almonds
100g dried apple (organic, preservative free preferred)
pinch nutmeg
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
2 heaped Tbsp coconut oil (extra virgin, raw)
1Tbsp chia seeds

Put all ingredients into a high powered food processor and blitz till chunky and the mixture starts to become sticky and pull together (speed 7, 20-40 seconds). Press firmly into a square dish that has been lined with baking paper and refrigerate until firm. Cut into bars and store in the fridge/freezer. Alternatively, you could easily make these into balls (maybe process for a bit longer).
