YUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMM. Enough said.
Enough to ice 12 cupcakes:
80g butter (unsalted, room temp)
70g cream cheese (full fat, room temp)
20g cacao powder
30g coconut sugar + 1/4tsp stevia leaf (or a bit more coconut sugar or raw honey to taste)
Blitz all ingredients in a food processor (I just used my stick mixer mini attachment because Bellini was otherwise engaged at the time) for about a minute until everything is smooth, lush and combined. Spread liberally over the cupcakes and store in the fridge till ready to serve.
