Lamb and rosemary shish kebabs (grain/egg/nut free)

We love a good budget friendly meal!! These kebabs are quick and easy, with minimal mess. The meatballs are really soft and don’t need any eggs or filler to hold them together, the meat simply binds to itself. Making sure they are *just* cooked through will mean soft, juicy meat that melts in your mouth. Super duper kid friendly!
