Mango coconut slice (grain/nut/egg/dairy/sugar free)

Like sunshine in every bite 🙂


200g dried mango
150g shredded coconut
100g sunflower seeds
100g coconut oil
Pinch salt

In a food processor, blitz mango till a fine crumb, add in all other ingredients and process till stickyish and crumbly. Press into a square 8×8 dish a refrigerate or freeze till set. Cut into small squares. Store in freezer perfect for lunch boxes.
