Pork meatballs (grain free/egg free/dairy free)

These are a staple around here. Pretty quick to whip up, and just a handful of ingredients. They go great in lunchboxes for a fantastic protein hit!

1kg regular pork mince
2tsp salt
4tsp mixed herbs (thyme, oregano, marjoram)
2tsp smoked paprika
Pinch chilli
Pinch nutmeg

Mix well (speed 4, 30-40 seconds), form into balls and bake at 200 (fan forced) for 20 minutes on a baking paper lined tray. Alternatively fry in a non-stick pan over medium heat with a dash of coconut oil till cooked through.
