This is a gorgeous, simple chocolate cake. As if you didn’t know by now, simple cooking is my fave. x
You could easily ice with something like this.
Rich chocolate cake
1/4 cup tapioca starch
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
4 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
80ml water
60ml cream
80-120g coconut sugar
100g butter, melted
Preheat oven to 160 degrees fan forced. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until well combined (speed 5, 30 seconds). Bake in a baking paper lined loaf pan for 50-60 min (mine is a glass dish which took 60 min, but others may take less time).

Eeek!! It’s not a one-to-one replacement unfortunately. 🙁 I haven’t made it in a while due to our bubs allergies too. I’ll work on something thats nut free….I’m even thinking sunflower seed meal would work too, or oat flour (if you can have grains?). xx
Try psyllium husk..its a good replacement or flaxseed meal
